1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your YogaKit subscription at any time by sending an email to info@getyogakit.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request to help us improve our service.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Trial Periods

For trial plans (e.g., 7-day trials), you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the full subscription. Refunds for trial-to-full subscription conversions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
